Boss Pressures Employees to Achieve AI Chatbot's Predictions, Freaks Out When Employees Don't Meet the Predictions Because The Chatbot Doesn't Understand Their Clients

We shouldn't rely solely on robots to tell us how to run a business!

What do you use AI for? A growing segment of the population uses AI as a friend. They text the chatbot as they would text their friends and family, and rely on it for emotional support when they can't get it anywhere else. Others use it to make AI videos on TikTok where various fruits commit acts of infidelity and scream at each other. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, look up "AI Fruit Cheating" and thank me (or scold me) later.

It's not that difficult to say no to AI in your personal life, but in the professional world, it's getting harder and harder. If you're a Software Developer, it's virtually impossible to do your job without somebody in your company telling you that you need to use AI, whether it be for documentation, coding, or whatever. Graphic designers are losing work left and right because companies know they can pay a whole lot less for AI-generated graphics while possibly getting the same results as with a real designer. Unless you work with your hands, you're probably being pressured to use AI in some area of your work.

The boss in this story doesn't just want his employees to use AI; he wants them to do everything that AI says they should do without question. He wants them to achieve everything a chatbot thinks they should, based on the limited information he has given it about the company. He wants his employees to worship at the altar of Claude, and he's mad that they're not doing exactly what Claude thinks they should be accomplishing.
